The Fusion® cushion is constructed with three layers of foam. With different levels of density, each foam has a specific purpose: our high-density foam promotes a stable seated posture, our dispersion foam provides greater skin protection and our low-density foam offers optimal comfort. No less than 23 different foam choices are offered to customize your cushion.
A VARIETY OF GELS AT YOUR DISPOSAL
Flat gel, cubed gel, Pepple gel and silicone are available to customize your Fusion® cushion. A top layer of gel over the cushion, ensures optimal comfort and effectively redistributes pressure by increasing the contact surface.
High-quality and stylish slip covers
Three types of covers are available with the Physipro™ cushions:
- Stretch cover – Made with a breathable fabric that promotes a good air flow, this cover can receive different positional components and helps eliminate the formation of surface tension.
- Anti-slip cover – Prevents forward movement of the pelvis and helps maintain a balanced posture.
- Waterproof cover – Helps with managing incontinence by protecting the cushion against fluids. Water-resistant and easy to wipe and clean.
Incontinence Inner Cover
Made of an anti-slip and waterproof fabric with a satin finish, this cover fits to the shape of the cushion and is equipped with a sturdy water-resistant zipper.
