The Resolve Air™ was created to combine both the postural benefits of the Resolve™ with the greater level of skin protection offered by a Roho air cell cushion. The superimposed layers of dispersion and comfort foams, the integrated postural components as well as the addition of an air-cell insert at the pelvic contact area, provide unequalled support and comfort.

Better Postural Control Of The Pelvis And Lower Limbs
The pelvic and lateral supports are reinforced with a rigid structure to create a stable support base that minimizes the progression of abnormal posture by providing a boundary for the upper legs and pelvis. The medial thigh abductor fixed with velcro helps positioning the legs in order to maintain a proper alignment of the lower limbs. The combination of theses postural components improves overall sitting posture and increases stability.
Greater skin protection
The pressure inside the Roho air cell insert can be easily adjusted to create a sitting surface that is specifically adapted to the user’s unique morphology in an effort to provide a greater level of skin protection. The interconnected air-cells respond to the patient’s movement by redistributing pressure over the entire pelvic contact area and effectively reducing pressure on bony prominences. This balanced and deeper immersion is ideal for the prevention and treatment of pressure sores for persons with fragile skin tissue, or for those with limited sitting tolerance.
Improved Stability
The integrated anti-thrust wedge effectively limits sliding and reduces the risk of falling by slightly raising the knees to prevent forward ischial migration. This postural component also contributes to reducing skin and soft tissue damage caused by friction and shearing. The wedge also encourages the user to remain well seated, with their backs in contact with the backrest, this improves overall posture and increases stability.
Greater Comfort
For greater comfort, the upper layers of the Resolve Air™ are made with a memory foam and urethane, this combination creates a smooth surface, that gently envelops and supports thighs and hips. This soft sitting surface provides a better overall immersion and improves shock and vibration absorption.
High-quality and stylish slip covers
Two types of covers are available with the Resolve Air™ cushions:
- Stretch cover – Made with a breathable fabric that promotes a good air flow, this cover can receive different positional components and helps eliminate the formation of surface tension.
- Waterproof cover – Helps with managing incontinence by protecting the cushion against fluids. Fluid-resistant and easy to wipe and clean.
Incontinence Inner Cover
An incontinence cover is available with our Resolve Air™ cushions.
- Transparent cover with velcro – Simple and efficient, an impermeable film envelops the cushion and is sealed with a velcro fastener.
