The Ultra™ cushion was designed with a larger contact surface to ensure a controlled and balanced weight distribution and reduce pressure on bony prominences.

Preformed foam base
The contours of the Ultra™ were determined by the analysis of data acquired with the use of pressure sensors. Our specially designed moulds are injected with a urethane-based dispersion foam to create a high-quality, high-performance postural aid. The Ultra™ provides both the firmness and support required to achieve the desired levels of comfort and stability.
Optimal comfort
With a layer of dispersion foam in the posterior well, the Ultra™ cushion provides a deeper immersion of the ischial tuberosity to ensure optimal comfort.
Corrective seating
The design and composition of the Ultra™ prevents the pelvis from sliding forward and provides lateral support to improve balance and postural stability.
High-quality and stylish slip covers
Three types of covers are available with the Physipro™ cushions:
- Stretch cover – Made with a breathable fabric that promotes a good air flow, this cover can receive different positional components and helps eliminate the formation of surface tension.
- Anti-slip cover – Prevents forward movement of the pelvis and helps maintain a balanced posture.
- Waterproof cover – Helps with managing incontinence by protecting the cushion against fluids. Water-resistant and easy to wipe and clean.
Incontinence Inner Cover
Two incontinences covers are available with our Physipro™ cushions.
- Zippered cover – Made of an anti-slip and waterproof fabric with a satin finish, this cover fits to the shape of the cushion and is equipped with a sturdy water-resistant zipper.
- Transparent cover with velcro – Simple and efficient, an impermeable film envelops the cushion and is sealed with a velcro fastener.
