The Velcro covering is a soft back for installing laterals. Made of Velcro foam, it can be adjusted in width with the Lycra strip sewn down its midline.
The laterals are made of comfortable dense foam.
The Velcro covering is for use with a conventional wheelchair. It is also very convenient as an add-on back for geriatric wheelchairs.
